  • 2 teaspoons of  Butterfly Blue Pea Tea 
  • 2 cups of 85-90°C water
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:

Prepare Butterfly Blue Pea Tea:

Brew the Butterfly Blue Pea Tea by steeping the dried flowers in water. Allow it to cool to room temperature.


Squeeze Fresh Lemon Juice:
