A Digital Gift Card is delivered via email, allowing you to select the amounts and include a personalised message. Once the order is successfully placed, the recipient will receive the customised email. They can use the value of the gift card to redeem online.

This lovely gift cannot be exchanged or refunded.

No, you can only use one Gift Card per transaction. 

After purchasing Gift Cards, treat them like cash. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced or refunded, so be sure to keep them secure!

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Under our current policy, we do not facilitate returns or exchanges for products due to a change of mind. All orders are regarded as final sales. If you are uncertain about your preference for our products, we recommend purchasing one of our tester sets to experience beforehand, please find them here.

Quality Assurance (Storage Conditions, Shelf Life, Defective Products, and Claims)

florafo is dedicated to delivering high-quality agricultural products, with many being organic. Our quality standards allow for a tolerance level of up to 3% foreign matter, such as traces of grit, leaves, bark, etc. Contamination is only considered if it surpasses this threshold. Please note that we do not provide warranty coverage for minor contaminants of an agricultural nature.

The specified shelf life, as provided by florafo at the time of supply, is contingent upon adherence to our recommended storage conditions, outlined as follows: Products should be stored at ambient temperature in airtight packaging, away from direct sunlight and humidity. This becomes particularly crucial in warmer climates with elevated humidity, necessitating precise storage practices to mitigate the risk of insect contaminations.


florafo PRODUCTS

No, all the florafo flower teas are naturally caffeine free and they do not consist of tea leaves from the Camellia sinensis plant.

To ensure you enjoy the aroma and freshness of our flower tea, we recommend storing them away from direct sunlight. For our range of flower ball products, they are packed in a paper tube. Please put the lid back on as soon as possible once you have taken a flower ball out.

Our flower teas are dried herbs and fall under the category of "low-risk" products. Unlike fresh milk or produce, they don't go off. To savour the best aroma and flavour, we recommend consuming them before the indicated best before date (BBD), which you can find on the packaging of the flower tea you purchased.

Moderation is key; we recommend enjoying no more than one type of flower per day. While flower tisanes are generally considered safe for regular consumption, it's always advisable to consult with a healthcare professional, especially if you have any concerns or underlying health issues.

Flower tisane is renowned for its relaxation ritual, providing a caffeine-free option so you can enjoy that special cup at whatever time of day it is that you prefer to call your relaxation period.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, it's crucial to exercise caution and consult with a healthcare professional before consuming flower tisanes or any herbal teas.

Even though we are a small business, we are relentlessly committed to adhering to eco-friendly packaging options.

Paper Box and Paper Tube:

The box and the tube are made from paper without plastic laminating, making them recyclable.

Paper Sachet and Paper Pouch with Plant-Based Lining:
The individual sachets are made from paper, and the paper pouch is made from cotton-paper. Both of these packagings have no plastic lamination, and the internal linings are made from Polylactic Acid (PLA), a biodegradable bioplastic derived from plant sources such as corn starch. It is suitable for commercial composting, and we recommend checking with your local council for options on where and how to do this.

Shipping Box and Packaging Tape:
Our shipping boxes are made of 100% recycled kraft cardboard, and the packaging tape is crafted from 100% sustainable and compostable kraft paper, ensuring they can be easily recycled or composted after use.

Void Fill Packaging:
We use kraft honeycomb protective paper, which is recyclable.
